I've had this issue before - to fix it, all you need to do is go to your Meteorologic Model, and the select "Set to Default" for the Replace Missing option.

Hello dear

I am applying HEC-HMS in an ungauged catchment using SCS-CN method and SCS Unit hydrograph for rainfall runoff modelling. I run the model using Nine years of rainfall data. The problem is it the losses or infiltration for one year only and for rest of the years it has very less infiltration. Kindly suggest me the correct way of finding the proper runoff and infiltration.
Thanks
