after nila palitan yong cignal unit nila to a new one hindi na ulit kami nakapanood except 2 channels.11 and 5.Sabi nila after 3 days meron na daw ulit,kaso mag 1 month na wala pading ibang channel.Sabi nila nong tumawag kami dun sa samal bataan branch, e nagkamali daw ng encode.Sabi namin palitan nalang yong unit pero di daw inapprove-ban.Wala naman kami kilalang pwede lapitan.Kahit yong hotline nila kahit tawagan namin,nauubos na load namin sa tagal ng pakikipagusap nila.

grabe nga ang cignal ang pangit ng service nila. ganyan na ganyan din nararanasan ko, nagpakabit kami 1 week na wala pa rin kami mga channels. tapos kulang kulang pa ang gamit ng laguna branch nila na Mr. Serve, wla pa resibo binigay at ngayon para kaming bola na pinapasa pasa. Tatawag kami cignal hotline tapos patatawagin kami partner branch wala naman nangyayari. Sayang ang bayad namin!

The service (customer support) is really crappy and i had my schedule for installation rescheduled thrice. Partner branch commits to a specific time but installers do not arrive. They will just give you another time that they said installers would arrive but at the end of the day you will just get pissed off cause you wasted the whole day waiting for the installers in vain.

I thought Dream Satellite’s customer service was bad, but Cignal’s got it WORST. You couldn’t even call it customer service if there is NO service at all.these companies don’t know how to take care of their end-users and dealers. Nakaka-frustrate. When clients call the company’s hotline or service centers, it kind of gives the impression that the Company is into scamming people (especially, if activation pa lang).

i purchased a cignal tv almost 5 days na since ng nabili ko hinde p din naactivate ng opisina. hinde ko alam if saan yong problema between dealer or cignal company.

Advice ko nalang sa mga gusto magpakabit ng Cignal..Better think many times and observe.

Problema sa loading at system ni cignal. As dealer, I sold out 1000 plus units, sakit sa ulo inabot..

Better invest on dream or gsat..

I am a subscriber of cignal cable, I am from Lubao,Pampanga.Para malaman kung sino man ang may control or nagmamanage ng cignal cable sa lugar namin,since ng mawalan kmi ng cignal almost 1 month na at kmi po ay bayad ng advance pa,ang kausap po nmin at alam na incharge sa lugar nmiun ay si Ms.Jane Miguel na taga Sn.Antonio Lubao na since ng kmi ay magpakabit at magbayad siya ang kausap nmin,now may number siya 09189481506 nagriring but d nya sinasagot ,a lot of tex messages were sent to her but she never bother to reply,now tanung ko lang anung klaseng serbisyo kayo meron at sa ganitong sistema ba ang pagmamalaki nyo sa mga tao pagkatapos magbayad d na nyo papansinin.now ang gusto ko lang manyari irefund ang lahat ng binayad ko sa installation,kunin nyo na yung mga gamit nyo na alang kwenta.at irefund yung binayad namin sa monthly.unless hahanap ako ng paraan para magkaroon ng kasagutan ang reklamo ko,unfair po ito.

Sa mga taga Laguna na balak kumuha ng Cignal Digital TV cable. Wag kayo magpapa install sa MR. SERVE. Lalo na kay JOJO VERGARA na taga sales nila. Don't call this number either 09388298888 or 09384144444 for inquiries. Hindi matinong kausap yan, kulang kulang pa ang mga gamit, ilan beses ikacancell ang pagkabit, ilang beses babalik balik dahil hindi matapos tapos, hindi ipapasa kaagad ang application form,requirements na binigay mo, at payment mo, wala pang resibo ibibigay syo. Imagine taga sales walang resibo at ang gulo gulo kausap. Ito pa ang worst once nakuha na bayad niyo nyan ni JOJO VERGARA pag tatawag ka sa kanya to follow up hindi ka na niya sasagutin. Kahit ilan beses ka tumawag wla na hindi na sya sasagot. Kaya sa mga taga Laguna, WAG NA WAG KAYO sa MR. SERVE magpa install ng CIGnal at wag na wag lalo na kay JOJO VERGARA. Magiging worst nightmare ang mararanasan mo sa service niya. Sobrang sasakit ulo mo sa taong yan, grabe! Sana nga binayad niya talaga ang payment namin sa cIgnal dahil up to now (almost two weeks na kami) wala pa rin kami channels at wla pa rin daw sa Cignal ang application form, requirements na pinasa namin at payment namin. It means hindi pa nakakarating sa Cignal ang mga yun kaya hindi ma activate ang channels namin.

HAY CIGNAL sana naman maging maayos ang servisyo nyo... ipinagmamalaki ko pa naman sana kayo kaso sasakit lang ang ulo ko kapag ipinagmalaki ko pa kayo... hays.... mahirap manghingi ng support sa inyo... may problema ang cignal namin lumalabas sa screen media error E6.. kung ilang beses na kami nanghingi ng tulong simula 11 July 2011, at 10:00AM kaso hanggang ngayon wala parin.. ang Olongapo branch nyo grabe ang hirap manghingi ng support... ayusin nyo ito kung ayaw nyong mawalan kayo ng mga customer.....

Here is my experience naman. Nag apply kami Nov. 7, 2011 and nakabit ung satellite dish on the same day pero wala cla cable box so wala din kwenta. 1 month ako nag follow-up ng mga cable box ayun Dec 21, 2011 palang nabigay. Sabi after 24hrs activated na daw, pero January 19, 2012 na wala pa din kami mapanood.Ang masaklap, Dec 24, 2011 pa daw na activate. It's so unfair na nabibill kami ng 990 per month sa serbisyo na wala naman kami natatangap. I'm so dissapointed kasi wala kami malapitan. wala kwenta customer service...naubos lang ung load ko sa phone. Pampanga din ako. Hays sising sisi ako sa CIGNAL na yan

In Nov 2010, I paid for one year advance with 2 months free. In January 2012, my payment has expired. On Jan 28, 2012 in the afternoon, I called up to inquire that if I'm going to pay for one year advance again, would I still enjoy the 2 months free and the answer I got was 'Yes'. The following day, I immediately paid the one year advance. On Jan 31, 2012, I called up for activation and inquired about the new expiration date, only to find out that the two months free cannot be availed anymore. But the customer relations officer assured me to bring my concern to billing department bec she acknowledged the statement of the previous officer I talked to on Jan 28. After several follow up, all the customer relations officers I talked to recognized this fact. For why should I pay one year advance if I don't have any benefit? Feb 19, 2012, I followed up again and a certain Leo Apacible arrogantly informed me that I cannot avail of the two months free and according to him I cannot even refund the unused portion of my payment. What an unfair trade practices can you get from Cignal. This is a lot of #%^*+.

Wow naman cignal.. ang sabi nyo 5mins max ang technical problem pag malakas ang ulan, nangyari whole day na kami wlang signal.. lately lang pag 6pm na wla na talaga kaming makita sa screen.. anong nangyari? half day lng kami napapanood ng tv.. half nlng din kaya bayaran namin? nakakahiya yang commercial nyo.. gawan nyo naman nang paraan yan..

Habang tina-type ko to pumuputok ang kalooban ko! Nag advance ako ng 3 months pag uwi ko sa bahay wala pa rin akong mapanood. Kahit kelan talaga BULOK ang service ng CIGNAL. Napaka mukang PERA! Kaya sa mga nagbabalak dyan na magpa-install ng CIGNAL, mag-isip isip muna kayo kasi baka kayo ang susunod na mabiktima ng matatamis nilang pananalita.

grabe naman kakapaload ko lang ng 390 nakapanuod lng ako ng 1day tpos ngayon hindi nako makapanuod dahil ayaw mag-on ng box.antgal kong naghintay kaso wla parin.pumnta ako sa opisina nla hir in olongapo kaso svi papalitan nadaw yung box ko dahil nasira.eh halos hindi nman ginagalaw yung box.at magulat kayo sa babayaran dahil 3,390 lang naman.grabe wala pako 1 year sakanila sira kaagad yung box.sabi sakin disposable lang daw kc mga box ng cignal.syang ang load ko bwisit!!

bumagyo nung weekend July 20 - 22, 2012. As usual wala na naman palabas kase umulan. nung july 23 wala ng bagyo, wala pa rin palabas. tumawag ako sa customer service, pinagbabayad ako ng P600 para may pumuntang repairman. PUTANG INA bat ako magbabayad ng P600 ng hindi ko naman kasalanan kung bakit walang palabas?! This is the worst customer service. kung may SKY Cable lang sa antipolo hindi kami magpapakabit ng cignal. putang ina kinuha nyo pa si Derek Ramsey at si Sharon para mag endorse wala rin kwenta. pakita nyo na lang na kinakantot ni Derek si Sharon, matutuwa pa kami. BULOK!!!

I've trying to report this Cignal TV Box Problem, It has been 3 weeks of unresolved problem.. What they did is they replace the box with a new one that is not activated with my account card error 14.. So, they returned again the Cignal TV Box (Old One), telling that, there is NO Problem with that freaking Box..

TAGALOG: Kayo na ang humusga kung kaya nyong ilipat ang channel ng box na walang power na nag on off.. Ire-reklamo ba sa inyo ang box kung nagagamit.. ANG GALING NYO SA SALE PERO SA AKSYON NG REKLAMO, PALPAK KAYO..

CIGNAL HOTLINE: AKSYUNAN Nyo naman mag 1 Buwan na yang reklamo ko.. ikino close nyo lang ang Report ko sa inyo.. Ang nakaka tuwa ini-return nyo yang unit na yan sa akin at sabi raw sa head office ninyo walang problema..

last june 2011 walang cignal kasi bumagyo. punta techinician bayad ako 600 at pinalitan yun lnb na sa dish na 400 halaga kasi mahinang klase daw at hindi waterproof. last aug 29, nagpaload lang ako 250 tapos lumabas sa screen na this card is not authorized (6). sabi sa hotline kelangan daw puntahahan ng technician at tumaas na service charge 728, hindi pa kasama kung may palitan na parts sa box. d bale na lang tapon ko na dish at box nila. tatagain ka sa service charge eh sa sky no service charge. bihira ko lang gamitin kasi meron ako 3 skycable. bad trip yang cignal!

maganda naman sana ang cignal lalo na sa mga hd chan ang problema nga lang eh kulang ata sa mga tauhan, saka bakit ganun ang binabayaran mo na 1290 eh kulang sa chan na dapat eh 65 chan eh 45 chans lng ang mapanood mo upgrade ka nga pero ala din ganun pa rin hay kailangan talaga eh techincian gumagawa nga upgrade. thanks cignal!

Walang Service center, may hotline pero answering machine sasagot sa tawag mo hanggang sa maubos ang load ng cp, pwede mag email pero autoreply ng system ang reply sa yo...pinakapangit sa lahat ang service ng CIGNAL!!!

Hi to all those cignal subscriber here, Im from cebu city, I'ved been with cignal as a dealer and installer since 2008 October until now. There really a systematic problem with there management, cause as far as I know most of the people that they hire as an installer doesn't have any idea about satellite installation they only know how aim the dish but they never do a quality installation by getting important data or reading before leaving your premises. For me most of my installation doesnt any technical problem unless for those consumable item like LNB but for my four years of installing cignal never happen to me that I return any single unit back to cignal due a spoiled unit. I never say that Im proud to my self I just only say the truth. Its only the installer that give you nightmare.

Umulan dito sa Manila March 14 tapos sabay brownout. Nung nagkailaw na aba wala na ako signal, parang nagloloko pa box. Tinawag ko sa CS nila...gagawa daw ng report tapos wait ng 24 to 48 hours the next day followup ko. Ganun pa rin naforward na daw sa mga technician nila. tapos folowup ko pa rin, wait lang daw 24 to 48 hours. ayun hangang ngayon wala pa rin. Ano ba naman klaseng service yan!!! Simple lang problema ko, ang bagal ng action!!! Para san pa na nagpacable ako wala naman din mapanuod. Dapat per day ang bayaran e. 2 days na akong walang cable pero babayaran ko pa rin ng whole month. bwisit lang. sakit sa ulo pinagagagawa.

@All, bakit ganon nag cha charge ang Cignal ng P700+ para sa on site visit ng technician (Sub-con) kahit wala pa naman any proof na may problem yung dish or receiver? Ang weird lng after ng troubleshooting ng customer care call center agent knowing na hinde na nya ma fix yung problem (no signal)bigla nya mention may bayad daw ang service charge?!... Grabeng serbisyo ito. Ikaw na yung subscriber na nag babayad ng monthly bills mo tapos pg may nasira ikaw pa sisingilin! Based from my experience from other service like Globe DSL, SmartBro, Sky Cable ..FREE ang service charge nila !!!!...grabeng Cignal TV ito...sobrang negosyo...

Reception is bad and customer service arent transparnt enough to inform us that the dish warranty is up to 6 months only and cant even inform us that theres a 750 fee for a technician.. Tumawag ako sa Sta rosa laguna branch nila para i form na ayaw gumana at block ang channels lahat... Tumawag ako sa hotline nila " 0933-4320544". Sinabi ko ang concern ko ang isinagot nya sa akin "GANTO ANG GAWIN MO IPASOK MO SA PWET MO YUNG ANTENA PARA GUMANA YAN GAGO!" binaba ko ang telepono at nag return call ang no. Na to 3x. Asawa ko ang pinasagot ko, ang sabi ng lalake tumawag "PUMUNTA KAYO DITO MGA GAGO" para wala sakatinuan yung lalaki at pareho kmi nag tataka ng asawa ko. Di noble check ko ang number hotline... Tama naman based sa internet. Knowing na wala pang 1 month ang cignal digital TV BOX MPEG 4HD unit nila.. ang lalake employee nila nagngangalang "KING" lineman at technician ng branch na ito ang nag alok sa amin.. Pumunta dito sa bhy namin.. Kilala namin cya sa muka, dahil nung nawala ang signal at pinarelocate namin ang Dish antena, itong si king at isa pa nya partner ang gumawa.. Pinarelocate namin ang antena dahil na rin sa advice ng front liner nila nag ngangalang apple at sinangayunan ni King at ng kasama nya... This is really alarming... Sa ngayon wala pakinabang ang CIGNAL BOX namin... I hope may pumansin na edukadong kinauukulan ng CIGNAL CABLE MANAGEMENT.. Negosyo nyo ito sa amin kayo kumikita... Sana ilagay nyo sa ayos, bago kayo ma ireport sa mga kinauukulan..

I had the same bad experience here with their company. To all the people there thinking to buy their service better think a thousand times before attempting to. Jan 3 since the device was installed and until now there's still no TV program coming out from the CIGNAL we called for service almost everyday and their line was always busy then yesterday someone answered and he said "putang ina nyo tarantado mga tatangatnga kayo nakikialam kasi kayo, and then he dropped the call" my head began to heat up and burst in anger!

Shoulda seen this earlier. CIGNAL is a waste of time and money. Same reasons
- it will be activated within 24 hours.
- your papers was just received yesterday
- we can only send email on 11AM
- Calling their customer service is like talking to a recording machine with no sense, since at the end of the conversation it'll still be "Sir Please wait for 24 hours"
- Got an email that my Cignal is already activated, guess what it still shows Smart Card not recognize E14.
- Tomorrow will be the last straw, i'll just switch back to my trusty old cable rather than deal with these guys.

so far medyo okay naman yuhng cgnal namin.. nasanay na kami sa paghihintay ng matagl pag nagloload and yung nawawala yung cignal pag umuulan.. pero ngaun yung worst! okay naman yesterday morning kase nanonood pa ako pero biglang nagka-technical problem.. akala ko sandali lang pero up to now wala pa.. check ko naman yung mga cables okay naman.. anyare? hindi ko naman makontact yung nag-install dati sa amin.. sayang yung load.. kakahighblood..
