From my childhood days, I was brought up in discipline. So at home, I was punished even for the slightest mistakes.

My parents had punished me according to a particular pattern

1.First, they will warn me.
2.If I repeats the same mistake again, either my mother or father will scold me.
3.But certain mistakes like KALLAM PARAYUKA, ANUSARANAKKEDU KANIKKUKA, PAREEKSHAKKU KITTIYA MARKS VEETTIL PARAYATHIRIKKUKA, ANIYANUMAYI ADI KOODUKA, DHURSHADYAM PIDIKKUKA etc. I'll repeat. Then my father or mother will call me and he or she'll give me a good twisting to my ears.
4.But I may repeat the same mistake again. Then it will be my mother who administers the punishment. She will lift the sleeve and pinches (pulls the skin off) me on the inner part of the hand. It will last for some 2 to 3 minutes. If she is in an angry mood, the pinching will be up on my thighs. There were occasions when I was pinched on both the thighs at the same time.
5. Again, if I repeat the same mistake, I'll be dealt with cane (RATTAN, COFFEE CANE, PULI VARAL, PERA VADI, CHEMBARATHI KAMBU...)

during my 8 and 9th class we have one terrible maths teacher named raji her special punishment is the pinching though she uses cane her favorate is the inner thigh pinching .she calls this as bicyle quite funny it looks want to know why bicyle first she calls the boy to her table looking the homework book she finds mistakes they she begings to pinch the inner thigh with such a dexterity that the boy with pain lifts his leg up and down crying and this is like bicycle riding ramkumar

I am new to the site and currently living and working in UK. Corporal punishment is banned in the schools in UK officially though I do not agree. I know of parents especially mums who will normally will pinch the children in the thighs but only one sharp tweak which is painful enough. There are some very amazing narrations and pertinent comments.I have been reading the comments in respect of the different types of punishment met out by teachers. It appears to me that lady teachers executing corporal punishment are very fond and comfortable in pinching thighs, ears and underarms of students as it is a very painful experience and also a very effective manner of punishment. This is probably due to their own experience as they would have received similar punishment from their mum or as students. What I failed to understand is that the pinching is for 5 minutes and the receipent must be already in considerable pain and crying. There is definitely going to be blue black marks which are easily visible, which the students parents become aware as the pinch marks will take sometimes to ease off and disappear. How do the teachers deal with the situation if confronted by the respective parents. Also the receipent of pinching will be jumping vigorously and how is the teacher able to continue pinching especially for 5 minutes when the student will be trying to free him or herself from the grasp of the teacher. Also I noted that some lady teachers are pinching the students in the staff room in front of their colleagues. I do not know what is the perception of the other teachers and how do they view it. I have posted the same article under other topics in the forum and hopefully would receive some comments from teachers concerned.

My name is Sumalatha and I teach science and maths in Kerala and also take tutions from 8th standard onwards. I would love to use the cane which my mother has preserved all along. She was a headmistress in a primary school and it was given to me by her. She was a terror those days and her cane would put fear into the heads of the children. She would carefully use the cane. It is yellow in color and a long wipy one. She used to keep it vertical across the wall. It really stings. I normally dont believe in numbers and give quality punishment to the children and have no bias whether a boy or a girl. I normally give maximum of four and even one on the thigh or palm is sufficient medicine for atleast a week. It is very painful and could see the children literally jumping on receiving it. At times I also use my fingers to pinch them on their thighs. This is done with a steel grip holding two fingers and squeezing the skin both ways. The under arms pinches are very effective provided the student is kept in proper position and the teacher rotates her fingers properly. I can see the student fearing when my fingers move towards them. My sincere request is dont feel guilty after punishing the children and give them the full quota. They should be kept guessing what is due to them if they dont study.

I used to teach 11 to 13 year old students around 15 years ago and am retired now. Let me begin by saying that I was never unfair in my punishments, but I did derive pleasure in punishing those who transgressed. My preferred mode of punishment was pinching and for those who might think light of it, it can be very painful and is extremely effective is dissuading people from misconduct.
It isn't hard to randomly pinch and inflict some pain, but it takes some skill to inflict a lot of pain and still have the punished maintain self control for the fear of far more pain. The parts I focused on were inner arms, back of ones arms and inner thighs. The trick was to punish the same area with frequent intervals, there was some bruising, but it never caused trouble. You also need to impressed upon the punished to not move excessively and restrain the part that is punished. I often stood behind them, held the punished arm by the wrist using my left and used my right to pinch inner arm and the back back of arm. To give you an idea about how effective it could it, one time I pinched a student this way for around thirty seconds continuously followed by some respite and did it again for around 7-8 minutes. That student NEVER crossed me again.

Me too also experienced lot of thigh pinch on both of my thighs my tuition miss. The only punishment received from her was thigh pinch. She is fond of thigh pinching. Some times she used to pinch with sand on thigh. That mark still appears on my right thigh.

First they call the boy or girl near to her table and starts massaging on thighs then suddenly starts pinching with nails and penciles and it will take near about ten minutes. The massaging was very smooth and we will jump and twist due to smooth irritation and when pinching stats we will jump twist due to pain and they will not release the students until the full quota complete. No mercy or any concession granted if we are crying. From this experiance we starts pinching. In our school canes are not allowed.for punishments. Me and my two frinnds are very interested in long nails and we keeps this from our degree class on our all fingures. Before we join in the school we cut all our nails because we think that these are not allowed but we saw most of the teachers had nails for pinching and we got permission from parents for small pinch, then we are again starts to keep good nails and we are very happy to that dicision. After one month I starts to call the students who are not sitting properly, less marks and mistakes in dictation etc… to my left side of table and starts massaging very smoothly in inner thigh with left hand fingers and nails. Students are thrills, shy and jump due to this and I am also enjoy their actions suddenly I starts pinching by using thumb, index and middle finger nails and it will take 5 to 8minutes and some times till they starts crying. Pinching with long nails increased my mood and thrill and I am fond in inner thigh pinch.I always keep smile in my face in class room especially during pinching and looks his or her eye during massaging. The eyes shows their feelings very well. Since I am not using canes and my smooth massaging helps a very good relation with all students and I am their music teacher also. Some times I enter my fingers through the bottom side of trousers of boys. At that time I can touch the inner joind of thigh and it was very much increase my thrills and the boy will jump when my long nails tips touches in his inner side. Iam not interested in hard punishments but the students will know their mistakes and their responsibility , so that I am going for small punishments. Girls are wearing small ‘frocks’ of less length will be just above the knee so that I can enter my fingers easly and touch the inner end effectively, so that they can enjoy the thrills more than boys and the dosage of pinching will be little high. My friends Smitha and Sarnya are also treating in the same manner both are very much fond in inner thigh pinch but Saranya’s pinching dosage was is little high. With the special permission of parents we will provide special coaching for some weak students. At that time we punish them with a special pinch called as cycle. After smooth massaging, we lift his or her thigh with our nails by keeping left hand nails inner side and right hand nails outer side of left thigh and start pinching. Vani, you are absolutly right, iam using that method during special tutions.

Vani, Saranyas process and positions are same like me but pinching is hard and it will take few ninutes. But it is very effective.

I am teaching geography in 8 & 9th std. in this academic year. Iam newly joind and I am staying with my uncle and his daughter is my student. My favourite punishment is pinching in under arm and some times in thighs. Whenever I starts pinch her during class time she will cry immediately. If the pinch is a cushy also she act like that. One day I ask her the reason and then she told me that everybody ask her about your character and I told that Raji teacher is eager in pinching and her pinching is very painfull. I noticed that every body looks on my fingers with a distrustful eyes. Mostly I am using my right hand because I have very long nails in left hand. After her introduction I like her very much. Both we are sleeping together in a room. In most of the days, I will remove her night dress like a flower and start to neck to knee. She always like the uneven travelpath with my left hand and I also enjoyed that. Her breathing was very high when my long nails entered in soft areas. After an hour Iwill remove my wet dress and we sleep together.

I am from chennai. Actually, I never experience thigh pinch during my tuition days though i studied with female teacher. I experienced only while studying BEd from Nirmala miss during special coaching at her home.
For every mistake she will give inner thigh pinch for 5 to 8 minutes using middle and index finger.
she use to tell for thigh pinch there is no age limit. If my student to study well irrespective of the age this inner thigh pinch only works out. ofcourse due to the severe pain last for nearly half hour my concentration on study increased drastically and i secure good rank. some times a samll red circle last for 3 to 4 days. Did yours thigh pinch will last like that.
Based on my own experience, now i will start giving inner thigh pinch to our tuition students(5 and 6 std) (2 boys and 3 girls) and this will help in getting high marks for them. Initially they were upset, but after explaining my experience and nirmala miss advice some how they are convinced.

Did you agree, inner thigh pinch during studies irrespective of age is good, as always it is a teacher and student relationship.

Because, my cousin brother an average student who is studying +1 nowadays very very poor in all his subjects in spite of his tuition with his school teacher. But he will not obey my words. His mother is very much worried and told me to help.

Kindly suggest this inner thigh pinch will help him to fare well, also kindly refer if any of your friend teacher in chennai to take tuition with strong inner thigh pinch punishment to increase concentration and good marks.

I received such punishment during my BEd as mentioned early, for 5 to 6 minutes. The pain last for more than 30 minutes. I experience that.

Now I can hold more effectivly with nails and I have no problem during massaging because the students really enjoying the smooth iritation. Because of their request me and my friends are decided to reduce the nail length very little. Itook very small thick of skin by using nails and amedium thick with fingers. Both are effective. We decided not to hold the students more time in our tools so that we minimise the pinching time and the students also requested to do like that and most of them are interested to increase the massaging time.Now we three are starts a new method. Call the students near to my chair, stands them in between my chair and table, after that I will enter my left fingers very slowly to the inside of right thigh and right fingers to the posterior and starts massaging and ask him to look to my face only.Slowly slowly I entered my my nails to the inner joind then the students will twist and jump due to high irritation. Iam married (in last May) my husband is working in chennai.Iam very much interested in inner thihg pinch and grewing nails. But before marriage Icut all of my nails since Ithought that my husband was not like that. Vani, your thinking is correct, we three are adopting the same method.I starts massaging with left hand tools and then pinch with right hand fingers. Ihave small nails in my right fingers but mostly I am not using that.So now we increase the left nail length and keep it polished well. Now we massage the inner side of their left thigh with left hand and pinching in inner side of right thigh. So during massaging and pinching the students face will be locate to our face, then we can realise their feelings. We starts massaging with left palm and fingers from just above the knee to top inner joind slowly and same time touch with nails very smoothly. The students are too shy, twist jump their breathing was deep, and face became reddish colour. Walways keep avery good smooth smile and looks to their eyes only.One day Smitha's one of the right hand nail broken accidently. So she discussed with us and then minimise the right nails length and increase the left nail length and avoid pinching 15 days. One Saturday night during sharing our experiance she touch my stomach with her left hand and starts massaging.I feels and got thrilled and we test the method in inner thighs. We realise the electric effect and change our method. We got a positive feed back from some of our favourite female students after testing. So now we changed our punishment.

I am a new visitor. In my school days, 77 to 1981 pinching was the most popular punishment in . Our maths teacher was Iyyar Sir famous and fond in inner thigh pinching (Malayalam and maths teacher -4,5stds) He was a good singer and about 48years old. He call the students near to his chair and stands them in between his knees, then starts massaging in inner thigh. It will take a few minutes and this is his warm up. Suddenly he starts pinching with left hand fingers. During pinching he will be calm and silent. He will not finish the pinching till he gets satisfaction and during that time students will decide not to repeat that mistake again. Now I am a house wife, and apply this method on my daughter when she get less marks. Ihave go through all comments, and request to Ramya come back

Our management decided after the discussion with parents to avoid hard punishments mainly palm caining and if possible to minimise to administrate the punishment infront of other students . In the back side of all classes a long table placed for keeping students lunch box, water etc. So we place one chair there and decided to kept all home work books on that table. Now all teachers will sit on that chair and call the students back side of the classes for punishment.

Always the punishments will help high scoring marks.In my schooldays pinching was the most popular punishment.Most of the teachers are preferred inner thigh only because once you enjoy the softness, warm and smoothness of under arm skin and especially the inner thigh you will not prefer any other areas for punishments.I am hundred percent agree with the above comment Guest. Now we are not going for hard pinching. We explain the mistake and correct it, the we go for amild pinch.Dear guest and Alphonsa mam, after read your experiance we realise some specialities, the sooth, warm and soft............ This is interesting, encourage and motivate us and we fear that our mentality will move to another level, but we can controll that positevly because they are students and they should understand their mistake and correct it through pinching and they should enjoy the punishment also. ramya mam, if your intention is to make better out of your student the methods your choose is right. if you are punishing them for pleasure, then it is wrong. punishing an elder student or younger student doesnt makes any differences, if it is for their good. but for above average students, is punishments necessary?

Our malayalam teacher Pushpavally miss’s pinching was terrific during our schooldays,. She was calm and keep a good smile in her face during pinching. Her favourite region was inner thigh, and she never use her finger nails for pinching, keep them lengthy and un polished. She call the students near to her and find the mistakes and entered her fingers to the inner thigh and massage softly, patting with fingers and gently press with her long nails. Immediately she hold a small portion of inner most thigh and starts pinching and it will take few seconds or maximum one minute. Duing this time peedrops will come to our inner dress . She realy enjoy this punishment and mostly prefer female students only.

The second day miss call the student and she massage the red pinch marks and she got satisfaction on her punishment. Some of the female students including me are her regular customers. She directly told me that the smoothness of the inner thigh will encourage her to continue the punishment

During my 7, 8 and 9th class we have one maths teacher named rajalakshmi, her favourite and special punishment was pinching. She call the girl near to her table if she fails in class test or if not give correct answer she slide her finger through the thigh and just spend some time for pitting and massaging as warm up then she hold a mild portion inner thigh skin and start pinching. I also started to grew nails and It was very interesting to see the students to look to my fingers every day.Ithink they are waiting for new teachers pinching. After approximate 15 to20 days teachers said to start pinching and they explained how to do this in detail. Iconduct class tests twice ina wk and ask questions daily and first Iadviced the low mark scored students and also informe them I am going to start pinching. One wk end i conduct the class test. Icall the girl first who scored low mark and slowly touch on her left thigh just above the knee with my left hand fingers. I slowly moved my fingers to inner thigh and same time Iapply my right hand fingers also and start with a slow massaging.The first time i realise the smoothness ,heat and slippery effect of inner thigh.Slowly Iselect a portion to pinch I prayer very silently since i am becoming a teacher now. After reading Jancys and Divyas story Ireminds my school days (8,9 & 10 classes)our english teacher Sulila grew her nails and always kept a medium length and polished with mylanji (henna).She pinched with both hand fingers on under arm if mistakes find. last wk me and my elder sister went to her classmets home she is my next years class teacher and tution teacher.Her name is varada laxmi and she belongs to an ayyangar family.My sister said and I also know that in few years back their home was an Asan Kalari, lot of students starts their education there and Varada miss's mother and father was conducted tution classes at that time.My sister explaind the method of education and pinishments. Among people who come for auditions (actors who want to be cast for tv), sometimes there are children. They are brought by their mothers. This time I saw a 12 year old boy. Mischievous looking, yet quietly sitting near his mom. His mother was whispering instructions about how he should behave and how he should act his part. The boy seemed disinterested but his mother kept encouraging him to practice his lines. Every now and again, she would try and get his hair in order so that he looked good. And then I noticed... her right hand had no nails but her left had long, tapering, clear nails. Filed perfectly, almost a centimeter long. When she held his cheeks with her hand, the long thumbnail hurt the boy's cheek. Perhaps that's what kept him in check. The entire time she used her nails only once - a quick sharp pinch on the upper arm. Otherwise just the fear of those nails must be enough for him to behave!

Elders should give nice pinch to the students!

If a sharp pinch is applied behind the earlobes of the child that commit mistakes, he won't repeat the mistake.

If a girl is not paying proper attention to check whether her skirts are lifted up revealing her thighs while sleeping, her mother should give a deep, sharp & extremely painful pinch to her thighs, so that each time the skirt goes up, the girl will see the mark left by the pinch and she will pull the skirt down to cover her thighs.

If a child is not paying proper attention in studies, fold the sleeve of the dress worn by the child, pull the skin in the underarm to the maximum extent by taking a small portion of the skin between your nails and twist and turn it for about 2 minutes. The child will start studying really well.

ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ചെന്നൈ-ല്‍ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്-നു ആണ് പഠിക്കുന്നത്. 10-ലെ പരീക്ഷക്ക്‌ മുന്‍പ് ഉള്ള Study leave-ലും മറ്റും കണക്കിന് tuition എടുക്കാന്‍ വന്നിരുന്ന aunty എനിക്കിട്ടു എന്റെ തുടയില്‍ ധാരാളം ഞുള്ള് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. Aunty tuition എടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ നിക്കര്‍ അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു വസ്ത്രവും ധരിക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കില്ലാരുന്നു. നിക്കര്‍ വളരെ ഇറക്കം കുറഞ്ഞിരുന്നതും കുണ്ടി മാത്രം മറയ്ക്കാന്‍ പര്യാപ്തമായവയും ആയിരുന്നു. Class സമയത്ത് ഷര്‍ട്ട്‌ ധരിക്കാന്‍ പോലും അനുവാദം ഇല്ലാരുന്നു. ചൂരല്‍ വെച്ച് aunty എന്റെ പുറത്തിനിട്ടു അടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാറുണ്ടാരുന്നു.

If I am at the wrong tread please pardon, but just reading your stories I thought of sharing my own experience.
I have never experienced pinching in my school life or at anytime before marriage. My MIL is a school teacher even on the slightest mistake she pinches me so bad.. she pinches me on my inner arm
usually she pinches for not more than 2-3 min. but three days back when her sister, who is diabetic, came to our house and by mistakenly i gave her tea with sugar, my MIL pinched my inner arm took me to kitchen made me make without sugar tea and in the whole process she tightly grabbed the hold on the pinch the portion which must be for about 7 to 9 minutes, is all black and blue and sore..it pains even to touch or otherwise
after an hour when i was trying to comfort it with ice she again pinched at the same spot and warned me that it is meant to hurt...
i seriously appeal to all teachers out here on this forum do not do this to your students it really hurts

It is really meant to hurt. The skin has to be peeled off and some salt has to be applied to the wound. This will really bring the desired effect.

while pinching you make sure that your non pinching hand is used.as far as possible pinch with your left hand bcoz it will make some feels to the getter while pinching. using the right hand is very important.you take your ideal position with your left hand and then you have to get that hand stretched horizontally with your right hand.make sure that you pinch for a medieum or lesser pain for a longer time as we like to pinch.can anyone post a video

hi..i would like 2 share my experience...wen i was in class 8 i had a mam called renuka teaching me geography...she was abt 28....she was a real terror..during her class all the students would b actually shivering...she doesn like misbehaviour..she doesn't like anybody talking during class hours..she doesn't like anybody with incomplete homework..she doesn't like anybody scoring low marks...according 2 her everything should b perfect..once after our exams she distributed our mark sheet..i was the only one who got less than 30 out of 100...i knew i am going 2 b rewarded for that..and when she was distributing other papers i was sitting and chatting with my friends..she noticed even that..then finally my time came..she called me..she asked 4 my paper..i never expected that..by the time i had scribbled in the paper....its like adding fuel 2 the flame..hmmm then she was terrified..she caught my ears and screwed it very badly..i was almost in tears...then she told me 2 come and meet her after the school..i went 2 the staff room..by them all the teachers had left..i actually went 15 mins late..she was actually waitin 4 me..as soon as i went she caught my ears again and twisted it very badly..one by one..then she removed my shirt and then she ordered me 2 remove my shorts and kneel down..by then she had gone 2 have tea.and when she got back i was still with my shorts..she got really wild..then she held my tummy and started twisting it very badly till i removed my shorts..then i was kneeling down with my inner wear..after 20 mins she took a long cane and came near me..she told me 2 stand up.she kept the cane on the table and asked me 2 come closer and spread my legs..she caught my inner thigh just below my privates and started pinching it very badly..and she ordered me not 2 move..and she told me if i move i'll have 2 face the worst..i tried my best not 2 move.and once i couldn't control and i moved..then she got wild and she caught my nipples and she started pinching it..i was crying again..she ordered me not 2 cry again..she twisted both my nipples 4 almost 5 mins..then she went bak to my thighs,..then my tummy..my armpit...my ears..after pinchin me all over.....she took the cane and she ordered me 2 remove my inner wear and hold the desk..which i was hesitaing,.but i knew if i don't do it ill have 2 feel the pain again..so i removed it fully..i was nude.i bent over the desk..then she gave me 10 strokes on my buttocks and thighs...she said this s ur last warning and next time you do this i'll punish you more severely..that was my worst experience..

This was a few years back when I was in school. Our english teacher in std 8 and 9 was also responsible for discipline. Every monday she would inspect the class, especially girls and their bags. She noticed a few girls had started growing their nails a bit, as they were grown up now. She had a special punishment. She would hold the girls wrist in her hand and with her thumb and little finger pinch. Not only she had long filed nails, her thumb and little finger had longest, sharp nails. She would pinch till the girl would cry. And yet some girls still grew nails. She would call them to the staff room and give them twisting pinches in the inner and underarms. No girl dared having long nails in front of her. She however always had hers long.

during our school days in 1975-80 our maths,malayalam and english lady teachers special punishment was cycle chavittal. This was very simple method.During the school openinig wk itself they will explained the importance of scoring good marks. They are explained that not at all interested in caning and interested only in pinching needs 2 or 3 wk time to starts the punishment because need some days for sufficient nails on all fingers.they call the students and hold the skin with nails just above the knee on both sides. we can see that the leg move up and down due to high pain and there is no time limit for this. this was they explained as cycle chavittal

long back It was a hard time in our school days because english period was terror for us. Our teacher elizabeth madam was very fond in pinching.for simple mistakes madam will pinch strongly.madam always keep a medium lenghy nails on left fingers for hold the skin properly and will release about 5 minutes back only.

Thigh pinch is effective when it is given for a prolonged period.

If the thighs are hairy shave the part which you want to pinch. After shaving, pass the shaving set over the shaved part with the blade, a few no of times. Now clean the part with a towel. Wash the set, dry it, put on the blade and shave the area 3 more times. Now the part will be red in color. If the pinch is applied upon this area, it will be really effective.

Pinch means, it should be like..
Pull the skin of the thigh to the maximum extent possible. Hold on that in that position for some time. Then twist it with your nails. Pull harder and the skin should come out. Now take some solid salt crystal and apply over the place where the pinching was given and pinch harder using the nail and the skin twisted between the salt crystal.
After this, apply come chilly paste to the wound..
After doing all this, use a 'puli vadi' or a coffee cane to beat the bruised area. You should raise the cane to the maximum extent and then bring it down as if the force goes deep into the bruised area to cause ridges and wounds.. Now mix salt with the chilly paste and apply over the wound.

Remember to chain the person receiving the punishment. Either chain him or tie him up with a rope. Otherwise the punishment wont be horribly painful.
